Orders

All instruments may be ordered with a deposit of $100. Ten days before completion you will be notified and the balance will be due. I highly recommend sending a color sample if you are ordering a custom color. Generally the waiting time for a custom instrument is anywhere from 8-12 weeks.

For the deposit I accept personal checks and money orders. I also accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal for deposits but due to the irregularities of international exchange rates I would prefer not to use them for the final payment. Final payment may be made by personal check, cashier’s check, money order or bank transfer. All payments should be made to:

Violins are shipped in hardshell cases with extra bubble-pack inside. All other instruments ship in padded gig-bags. Heavy-duty cardboard boxes are used and delivery is by fully insured UPS Courier direct to your door in 3-5 days. No duty or taxes are applicable in the US. Canadian residents are subject to GST and HST depending on their province.

Violins- $40-$60 in Canada, $75 in the US. Oversea starts at $125.

Cellete & Profundo Bass-$50-$75 in Canada, $95 in the US. Oversea starts at $150.

Allegro Cello: $90 in Canada, $125 in the US. Oversea starts at $200.

Voyageur Bass: $100 in Canada, $135 in the US. Oversea starts at $225

The Vector Warranty:

Vector Electric Instruments are warranted for one year to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Exceptions to this warranty are parts not made by us and parts that are subject to wear. Damages due to negligence, misuse and exposure to extremes of humidity and temperature are not covered. Any defects will be corrected without cost.
